FPM: Football Process Management
Methodological Operating System
FPM organizes trainable patterns as processes: it defines context, roles, repetition, transfer and validation without treating a fixed repetition count or a fixed duration as a universal truth.
Validation criterion: a pattern is considered consolidated only when staff observes stable transfer in the context for which it was designed.
Evidence boundary
FPM records patterns, staff targets and observed progress. Historical simulation is not exposed in this build because its calculation engine is not verified inside the current production build.
FPM Pattern Library
Design, document and validate patterns with staff evidence.
